I've started to notice something both hopeful and annoying. I have a serious amount of hobbies, for which I actually have no time at all taking my crazy ass college classes into account, but I noticed that practice gets more fun once you actually get good at something. For example, I've been playing guitar for about 3-4 years now, but I've never had a teacher. I started lessons in August and I actually enjoy doing random exercises now.
